My name is Mary, and I am a certified wellness practitioner with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner calm. I specialize in chair yoga, breathwork, and sound healing, offering safe, gentle, and deeply restorative practices that are accessible to anyone — regardless of age, experience, or mobility.

My love for chair yoga began years ago when I watched my Nana light up during her daily classes. It was the highlight of her day, and it opened my eyes to the power of mindful movement in creating joy, connection, and vitality at any age. That inspiration has stayed with me and shaped the way I guide my own sessions today.

With over 8 years in the fitness industry, I bring both expertise and heart to my teaching. I started in group fitness, then became a personal trainer and have continued education while helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence ever since. In 2022, I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, expanding my ability to support well-being from a truly holistic perspective. Along the way, I’ve also gained 2 years of experience leading chair yoga for seniors, helping participants enhance mobility, balance, and relaxation while cultivating joy and social connection.

Today, I share these practices with both individuals and organizations, offering sessions that relieve stress, restore energy, and nurture overall well-being. Whether working with seniors, employees, or anyone seeking calm and clarity, my sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and transformative.
