My name is Mary, and I am a certified wellness practitioner with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner calm. I specialize in chair yoga and breathwork. My approach is rooted in creating safe, gentle, and restorative experiences that are accessible to all — regardless of age, experience, or mobility.

My love for chair yoga began years ago when I watched my Nana light up during her daily classes. Seeing how that simple practice brought her joy and connection inspired me to share these mindful movement practices with others. That spark continues to shape how I guide my sessions today.

With over 8 years in the fitness industry, I bring both expertise and heart to my teaching. I started in group fitness, then became a personal trainer and have continued education while helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence ever since. In 2022, I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, expanding my ability to support well-being from a truly holistic perspective. Along the way, I’ve also gained 2 years of experience leading chair yoga for seniors, which has deepened my commitment to making wellness inclusive and approachable.

Today, I primarily work with businesses and organizations, offering virtual sessions designed to help groups reduce stress, restore energy, and nurture well-being. My sessions can be tailored for employee wellness programs, community groups, or team-building experiences.
